Annotations

To give your cards an annotation (a header-type text), select the column(s) under “Annotation”. It is possible to select multiple annotations. Just press (+) next to “Annotation”. Hovering over the annotation area of the text card will show a tooltip with your chosen annotations including the respective column name.

Notice
If no annotation column is choosen or the respective row does not have a value in the chosen annotation column, the annotation field will not be shown.


Color by

Choose what color the cards should be grouped by, selecting the column in “Color By”. This will change the color of the text cards’ sidebar on the left.


Copying

You can easily copy the complete text inside a text card by pressing the “Copy to Clipboard”-button in the top right corner.

Notice
It is also possible to copy certain parts of the content. Mark the parts and copy to clipboard by pressing Ctrl/CMD + C.


Tooltip

You need some extra information? Add additional information in a tooltip. The tooltip will be shown when hoovering with the mouse over the “Content” area of the text card. Choose the favoured information by selecting the respective column(s) in “Tooltip”.

Notice
The annotations area will show a tooltip for chosen annotations.


Sorting

You can choose what column to sort by. Do this by pressing “Sort By”. To reverse sorting order, simply press the button in the top-right corner. This button is only available after sorting has been selected.
